The Broker Service Survey 2017/18 Personal Lines and Commercial Lines results are due to be published in December 2018.

Brokers from across the UK are set to take part in the survey and assess their insurer partners in the following key service areas:

  • Ease of access to decision-makers
  • Underwriting: Expertise, flexibility & support
  • Claims: Fairness of settlement & speed
  • Policy Documentation: Accuracy
  • Quality of cover

Main Headline Table:

The main rankings table will include insurers that have received over 100 broker responses. In addition, we will be presenting a separate table looking at the MGA’s and underwriting agencies included in this survey.
